What happens after you book?
- 1. Book and we schedule diagnostic. After payment you receive a detailed form and we schedule the extended 60-min initial session.
- 2. We work together for 12 weeks. Bi-weekly sessions + direct WhatsApp + plan that adapts based on your actual progress.
- 3. Wrap-up and post-program plan. Final session with a plan to sustain your progress long-term, without depending on me.
