1. We are not medical professionals

Marimar is a Natural Health Professional (CNHP) and Nutritionist. She is NOT a licensed physician, naturopathic doctor (ND), registered nurse (RN), licensed therapist, pharmacist, or healthcare provider in the legal sense in the United States or any other jurisdiction.

Marimar’s certifications belong to natural health and nutrition education programs; they do not constitute a government-issued medical license.

2. Nature of information and services

All information presented on this site and all services offered (including, but not limited to, 1:1 evaluations, protocols, group programs, challenges, blog content, digital products, and email or WhatsApp communications) are exclusively for educational, informational, and wellness coaching purposes.

They do NOT constitute:

6. No therapeutic claims

No product, supplement, food, essential oil, program, or service mentioned on this site has been evaluated by the FDA or equivalent regulatory agencies to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

When we mention potential benefits of practices, foods, or products, we do so in the context of general education about wellness and nutrition, not as therapeutic claims.

When you complete post-purchase intake forms and voluntarily declare information about your health:

  • This information is used exclusively to personalize the educational coaching within the service you have purchased.

8. Third-party products (including dōTERRA)

The site mentions and promotes third-party products (dōTERRA essential oils, supplements available via Fullscript, Faster Way products, among others). These products:

  • Are not manufactured by us.
  • Are not FDA approved to treat diseases.
  • Are offered according to the manufacturer’s indications; consult their labels and warnings.

9. Essential oils — specific warnings

Essential oils are highly concentrated substances. Their improper use can cause allergic reactions, skin irritation, photosensitivity, respiratory problems, or interactions with medications. They should not:

  • Be applied undiluted to skin except as specifically indicated by the manufacturer.
  • Be ingested except under appropriate professional supervision.
  • Be used on babies, children, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women without consulting a healthcare professional.
  • Be used on pets without specialized veterinary advice.
