After payment you'll get an email with the link to your intake form. Once you complete it you'll be able to pick your appointment time, and we'll email you that link too.
What happens after you book?
- 1. Book and pay. Purchase via Stripe and receive receipt, full questionnaire, and photo instructions by email.
- 2. Send your info. History, questionnaire, and photos of eyes, tongue, and nails. I review everything before the call and take notes.
- 3. Call + report. We meet via Zoom to discuss what I found. Then I email your personalized report with priority areas and initial plan.
- 4. Follow-up included. Follow-up session to review how implementation is going and adjust the plan.
