Why photos of eyes, tongue, and nails?
Visual signals I use as part of my integrative assessment (iridology, semiology). Not medical diagnosis. they're educational clues that, along with your history and questionnaire, help me identify patterns and priority areas.
How do I take the photos?
I send clear instructions with examples: natural light, close-up, no filters or makeup. Phone camera is enough.
Does this replace medical care?
No. This is educational, integrative assessment from a nutrition and lifestyle lens. For medical diagnosis or treatment always see a licensed healthcare provider.
When is the follow-up?
2-4 weeks after starting to implement the initial plan. We review progress and adjust.
